Welcome to order our Key Courier – service !

As a home mover, you get a Key courier service at a great discount price 14,95€. SATO’s Courier partner is Exclusive Logistics Finland Oy.

You can order the keys to be picked up from your new or old home address or even from your workplace. You may choose the time of pickup with a minimum of two hour timeframe from Monday to Friday (not including holidays) between 8:00-22:00.

We accept pickup requests until 14:00 on the previous workday before the requested pickup day. If you want to order a pickup for Monday, the order should be completed by 14 on the previous Friday, unless it is a holiday, then it needs to be done on the previous workday. 

If you need to schedule a delivery or pickup time under the normal two hour timeframe or during the weekend, please contact us first by email: asiakaspalvelu@storetohome.fi so that we can confirm availability and costs. We will also provide instructions on completing the order.

Please notice:

• The courier will hand over the keys to you when you show him the contract you signed with SATO, your valid official ID and the receipt for the security deposit paid. If the security deposit is zero euros, the courier will see it on your contract.

• The courier will not hand over the keys against a power of attorney, nor to anyone other than the person who signed the contract.

• The courier will arrive at your location within the agreed two-hour time window. So please be reachable for the entire two hours. The exact time cannot be agreed with the courier for the price mentioned above.

• The courier transports the keys, but will not store them and can’t answer any questions regarding the keys. The actual storage of the keys is either with SATO or a SATO key management partner.
